YC: Vehicle Sales Administrator

Department: Human Resources (BP64030)

Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will support the New Vehicle Sales administrative function, verifying data submitted by the network; reconciling the information for payments; updating and following up on stock yard maintenance and the UD Trucks Dealer Incentive program.

This position is earmarked for Unemployed Youth on a 12-month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform.

Responsibilities And Duties

VMS Payment Process
  1. Confirm all the data and documentation has been uploaded on LSS.
  2. Verify data integrity.
  3. Reconcile payment and follow up with outstanding dealers.
  4. Documentation and Recons to be supplied to Business Control for final verification and payment.

Stock Yard Maintenance
  1. Weekly follow up of stock and maintenance due on vehicles.
  2. Weekly reporting and communicating with dealers responsible for maintenance.
  3. Review and status feedback.

Geared for Success Incentive Program
  1. Review and confirm that Dealer sales executives comply with the requirements.
  2. Review suggested incentive payments from the supplier.
  3. Reconcile and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and report writing.
  3. Multinational company experience is essential.
  4. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  5. PC and MS Office proficient; Power BI.
  6. Accounting and Dealer Management System experience.
