YC: Vehicle Sales Administrator

Department: Human Resources (BP64030)

Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will support the New Vehicle Sales administrative functions, including verifying data submitted by the network, reconciling payments, updating and following up on stock yard maintenance, and managing the UD Trucks Dealer Incentive program.

This position is earmarked for Unemployed Youth on a 12-month contract basis. Applicants must meet the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform.

Responsibilities And Duties

VMS Payment Process

• Confirm all data and documentation have been uploaded on LSS.
• Verify data integrity.
• Reconcile payments and follow up with outstanding dealers.
• Provide documentation and reconciliations to Business Control for final verification and payment.

Stock Yard Maintenance

• Weekly follow-up on stock and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Weekly reporting and communication with responsible dealers.
• Review and provide status feedback.

Geared for Success Incentive Program

• Review and confirm dealer sales executives' compliance with requirements.
• Review suggested incentive payments from the supplier.
• Reconcile and provide feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and report writing.
• Experience in multinational companies is essential.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office, including Power BI.
• Experience with Accounting and Dealer Management Systems.
