YC: Aftermarket Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks in the aftermarket environment at our OEM for commercial vehicles. This position involves handling various administrative duties, supporting mechanical operations, and with full computer literacy to maintain efficient workflows. Success in this role looks like streamlined administrative processes, effective support for regional managers teams, and enhanced overall productivity within the dealer network.
This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage and organize administrative tasks related to the aftermarket environment.
- Support regional managers operations by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, preferably in an aftermarket environment.
- Language: Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently (essential).
- Minimum Requirement: Matric.
