Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance (70%):
Handle payments and submit them accurately.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Manage VAT and eFiling processes.
Use Xero for accounting tasks.
Administration (30%):
Manage office tasks and student-related admin.
Obtain quotes for property maintenance.
Support day-to-day operations of student residences.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification.
Experience in bookkeeping.
Xero experience.
Strong attention to detail and a love for numbers.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Ability to balance multiple tasks with calm efficiency.
