Job Description: A well-established law firm in the CBD is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary with expertise in Personal Injury (RAF) matters.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and secretarial support to attorneys handling RAF claims.
Drafting, formatting, and processing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Managing case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
Liaising with clients, courts, and relevant stakeholders.
Scheduling consultations, court dates, and maintaining attorneys’ calendars.
Handling dictation, transcription, and general office administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years experience as a Litigation Secretary, specifically within Personal Injury (RAF) matters.
Preferably 27 years or older.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and RAF claim processes.
Excellent typing and document drafting skills.
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
