As a Workshop Supervisor, you will manage workshop operations, ensure quality control, maintain inventory, oversee safety protocols, and support staff training. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervision and Leadership: Manage and supervise workshop staff, completing work efficiently and to the highest standards.
  2. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  3. Inventory and Equipment Management: Track and manage workshop supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure the workshop is well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
  4. Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct training, and address any safety issues promptly.
  5. Budget and Cost Control: Help control workshop expenses by managing resources efficiently and minimizing waste.
  6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and keep up with the latest industry advancements.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inventory, and staff performance.
