Job description

We are seeking a skilled or experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to workflow management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee a team of mechanics / technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Schedule and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the team.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management.
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
