Position TitleContractContractual HoursFull-time

The purpose of this position is to ensure that best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility regarding the Workshop departments and all products that fall within the SA product offering, operations procedures and actions.

Promoting a customer service orientated business internal and external, to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision and to operate the Maintenance and Workshop departments profitably according to set targets.

ProfileThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education / training and experience required for this position.

Education / Training : Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent technical qualification.Experience : Proven and relevant experience and success in a management / team leader position in the Compactor & Crane material handling or related industry; with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in similar position.

Fair knowledge of parts for Compactors and Crane, including OEM engagement of ordering and receipting of parts both from local and overseas suppliers.Knowledge Requirements : Customer and Personal Service : Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
