Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate workshop staff and activities

Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to quality standards

Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables

Enforce health and safety compliance

Manage budgets, quotations, and job cards

Ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Foreman (mechanical or heavy-duty vehicles preferred)

Strong technical background with relevant qualifications

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license
