Job Opportunity: Workshop Manager

Join a respected company leading the mining revolution in Africa with groundbreaking drilling systems. The company is expanding its project pipeline and seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee its technical workshop in the Northwest Province. Your leadership will enhance maintenance, repair, and operational processes, contributing significantly to mining project success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement quality control measures for all equipment.
2. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Manage workshop repairs, testing, and failure analysis.
4. Maintain a safe working environment.
5. Oversee assembly, maintenance, and refurbishment of mining equipment.
6. Provide continuous training to staff and new employees.
7. Compile and communicate product performance data.
8. Manage assets and workshop employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Matric certificate.
2. Trade qualification in Fitting, Millwright, or Diesel Mechanic.
3. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing.
4. Mining experience is advantageous.
5. No criminal record and medically fit.
