My client is looking for a results-driven Workshop Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is key to ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability across our workshop operations.

Salary: R50 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all workshop operations and staff
  • Drive financial performance and manage cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with Toyota workshop standards
  • Maintain workshop assets and ensure operational readiness
  • Grow the client base and contribute to market share
  • Hold daily team briefings to align on goals and performance

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 4–5 years’ experience as a Workshop Manager in the motor industry
  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong understanding workshop processes
