We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Foreman to lead our team at a dynamic Steel Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations
- Manage a team of fabricators, machine operators, welders, and general workshop staff
- Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
- Plan and allocate jobs, monitor progress, and maintain workflow
- Perform inspections and quality control
- Liaise with management and clients on production requirements and deadlines
- Maintain equipment and workshop upkeep

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or similar supervisory role in a steel or metal fabrication environment
- Strong knowledge of steel processing, cutting, and fabrication techniques including welding
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong focus on quality assurance
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with minimal supervision
