POSITION INFO :
Key Performance Areas :
Manage and monitor labour sales and workshop profitability, and always conduct effective workshop planning
Plan workshop production according to productive and available staff
Attend to escalated workshop (technical) problems accordingly
Evaluate all serviced vehicles (technical) and assist in ordering parts
Maintain good housekeeping within department
Manage training of all service staff
Provide feedback to all workshop staff on individual performance against targets
Control (WIP) work in progress on all vehicles in the workshop daily to acceptable levels
Manage risk (financial and non – financial) within department
Manage and drive personal and professional development
Provide efficient and effective internal communication
Minimum Requirements :
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Qualified Motorcycle Technician
5 Years’ Workshop experience in a Dealership as Technician.
Supervisory / Foreman experience in a Workshop would be highly advantageous.
