Workshop Foreman

Workshop Foreman required for a dynamic company based on the East Rand.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and controlling the smooth process of all new units ACR’s & PDI’s.
2. Providing advice and support to technicians on technical matters as well as ensuring Technicians are completing the required training set out by OEM.
3. Attending weekly production meetings.
4. Holding toolbox talks with service staff.
5. Keeping service manager & other senior management updated on the Workshop process.
6. Providing instructions on carrying out diagnostic work and supporting technicians.
