Job description

New opportunity for a Workforce Specialist to join a very busy international hospitality company based in North JHB. As Workforce Planner you’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, & optimising workforce operations to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, & resource allocation. This role supports organisational efficiency by analysing workforce trends, forecasting staffing needs, assisting with budgeting & implementing workforce management tools & best practices.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations support
  • Previous experience within a call center environment.
Salary Package

R30 000 + medical contribution + pension
