Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Opportunity for N6 TVET Learners 2025

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are offering an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program designed to provide N6 TVET learners with the practical experience required to complete their diplomas. This program will allow you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, helping you develop both technical and soft skills, such as communication and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have completed the theoretical component of the N6 qualification in Business Management or Human Resources.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between 18 - 35 years of age.
• Must be currently unemployed.
• Must not have previously participated in a WIL or internship program.
• Must have a clean criminal record.

NOTE:

• Preference will be given to applicants from local communities surrounding our business sites.
