Postion: Wireless Network Planning Manager (Outsourced Consultant)

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Lead the planning and design of wireless network architecture (e.g., 4G/5G) based on business strategy, customer requirements, and coverage/capacity needs.
2. Analyze network performance data and traffic trends to ensure optimal network design, coverage, and quality.
3. Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to develop customized wireless solutions for key customers.
4. Develop wireless network evolution strategies, including new site planning, spectrum optimization, and technology upgrades.
5. Supervise network modeling, simulation, and dimensioning to support capacity forecasting and expansion planning.
6. Provide technical leadership in wireless RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet) and methodologies.
7. Support customer-facing technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development.
8. Manage and coach a team of wireless planning engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality planning deliverables.

【Job Qualifications】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in wireless network planning and optimization, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
3. Solid knowledge of mobile network architecture (2G/3G/4G/5G), RF theory, and planning tools.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in network KPIs, drive test analysis, and performance improvement strategies.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface with cross-functional teams and external customers.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a results-driven mindset.
7. Candidates with experience in MTN clients engagement or relationship management will be given preference.
8. Fluent in English.
