Job Description

• Meridian Wine Merchants is hiring a Wine List Assistant to support our On-Consumption Trade Marketing & Sales Team.
• Based nationally, this role focuses on wine list development, growth, and operational support for our On-Consumption clients.

Responsibilities include :

• Receiving and reviewing wine list briefs
• Assisting Sales Consultants with wine list development
• Assisting with portfolio prioritisation, as well as gap and competitor analysis
• Managing the process from brief, design, proofs, sign-off, print & production to delivery

Key requirements :

• A passion for wine and food, and a love for the hospitality industry
• A self-starter, highly motivated, and driven by service excellence
• Pays extreme attention to detail, is process-driven, with creative flair
