Job summary

The role requires strong management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, cost and inventory accounting, and robust financial controls, with close collaboration to the Managing Director to translate financial information into practical commercial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years financial management experience; agriculture or manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of vineyard/winery cost structures and seasonal cash cycles.
• Experience with payroll, HR administration and labour legislation.
