Copper Quail is recruiting a Facilities Engineer to join its renewable energy projects across Africa. You will oversee O&M activities at facilities, manage technical queries, monitor SCADA systems, and conduct regular site visits to ensure uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in engineering, has 3+ years in renewable energy and project management, and understands PPA, EPC and O&M contracts. Travel willingness is essential as projects span multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant engineering degree or diploma.
• Minimum of 3+ years in renewable energy and project management.
• Knowledge of wind energy, and of PPA/EPC/O&M contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M activities across renewable-energy facilities and ensure uptime.
• Address technical queries, defects, and contractor reports.
• Provide commissioning support and monitor SCADA systems.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure safety and compliance.
