Our client is looking for a driven and client-focused Wills Sales Consultant to promote and sell their specialised will drafting and estate planning services. This role is vital in supporting clients through one of life’s most important legal decisions—ensuring their wishes are properly documented and protected.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales:
- Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to understand their estate planning requirements.
- Present and promote will drafting services in a compelling and informative manner.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Provide detailed quotes and guide clients through the benefits of planning their estates early.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Manage all client queries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using the company’s CRM system.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all processes and documentation align with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with legal professionals to prepare, finalise, and deliver wills to clients.
- Handle all client data with the highest levels of confidentiality and ethical responsibility.
Performance Tracking & Team Contribution:
- Report regularly on personal sales performance and progress toward targets.
- Participate in team meetings and daily huddles to share insights, learnings, and sales strategies.
- Contribute to a high-performance team environment through collaboration and best practice sharing.
Ongoing Learning & Development:
- Stay informed about changes in estate law, wills drafting practices, and industry standards.
- Attend internal training to strengthen product knowledge and refine consultative sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- RE5 and FAIS-accredited qualification (e.g., NQF5 in Wealth Management).
- Estate planning or financial planning certifications.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or client service roles.
- Background in estate planning, wills services, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
