The Wholesale Specialist's main priority is representing and managing the RedBull business with assigned Independent Wholesalers by developing and agreeing on annual business plans, achieving growth, driving availability, visibility, communication, and additional placements of RedBull to enable maximum sales of all RedBull products and priorities. This leads to an increase in Distribution, Execution, and Volume.

- Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, including route optimization.
- Developing a working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned regions.
- Ensuring a sustainable Go to Market (GTM) strategy and structure in the assigned geography.
- Administration and development of the designated area.
- Maintaining and growing the Perfect Stores database focusing on availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, additional placements, and messaging.
- Achieving quarterly KPIs, including Perfect Store standards and outlet volume growth.
- Building quality relationships through effective communication.
- Influencing decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
- Managing orders to ensure RedBull's stock keeping units (SKUs) are in stock and on display at all times.
- Maintaining stock levels necessary for continuous product availability in all covered outlets.
- Managing the free goods budget for efficient and effective execution.
- Securing and improving in-store presence of the RedBull brand.
- Planning and placement of POS materials, including ordering and collection to ensure correct and current POS in all outlets.
- Ensuring promotional compliance with agreed promotions from the start.
- Managing assigned budgets, such as incentive, free goods, POS, and regional account budgets.
- Analyzing regional opportunities, taking appropriate actions, and implementing as needed.
- Developing strong relationships with top wholesalers.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant RedBull systems and proactively using reports for opportunities and competitor intelligence.
- Developing expertise regarding product and distributor competition in the area.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in FMCG, preferably wholesale.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Experience with basic administrative programs (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Local market/geographical knowledge is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license.
