We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wet Trade Operative to join the reactive maintenance team for a local housing association.

Responsibilities

• Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied homes such as plastering, rendering, decorating and tiling.
• Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
• Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications.
  
  

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
