Job Title : Wellness Coordinator

Location : Gauteng

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programs and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate wellness activities, workshops, and events.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide resources and support for employees.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify wellness priorities and areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to track program effectiveness and measure outcomes.
  6. Provide individualized coaching and support to employees seeking to improve their health and wellness.
  7. Assist in the development of wellness policies and guidelines.
  8. Serve as a resource and advocate for wellness within the organization.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or related field.
  • Certification in health coaching, wellness coaching, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in organizing and implementing wellness programs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellness program management software.
