We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our health and wellness clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Booking & Client Management – Handle appointments, welcome clients warmly, and ensure they receive and complete their consent forms before treatments.
• Client Care – Guide clients to their treatment rooms, assist therapists and doctors with room rotations and cleanliness, and ensure a relaxing experience with tea, coffee, or water after their sessions.
• Clinic Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the clinic, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and shared spaces.
• Payments & Administration – Process payments, manage end-of-day cash-ups, and close monthly sales reports.
• Medical Aid Submissions – Assist the doctor with medical aid claims and documentation as needed.
• Team Support – Coordinate with therapists and doctors to ensure smooth session transitions and maintain an efficient workflow.
Requirements:
• A warm, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Prior experience in a wellness, spa, or medical reception is a plus.
