Job Objectives:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive engagement based on knowledge of health and supplements.
  2. Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
  3. Drive healthcare sales in line with targets by promoting a broad range of brands through cross-selling and upselling to increase profitability.
  4. Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures to drive sales.
  5. Prevent wastage by following stock rotation principles.
  6. Prevent stock losses by adhering to risk management policies.
  7. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the store to create an appealing shopping environment.
  8. Implement product merchandising following guidelines and procedures.
  9. Adhere to all store standard operating procedures.
  10. Focus on personal development and product knowledge, sharing information with relief staff to ensure continuity of service.
