Job Opportunity: Certified Welding QC Inspector (CSWIP 3.1)

Job Summary:
  • Execute field welding inspection, surveillance, and quality control activities on site, collecting relevant records. Ensure all welding operations comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures, including Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site, issuing relevant quality records as per the Quality Control Plans.
  • Verify welding parameters and consumables during operations.
  • Be familiar with welding procedures and qualification requirements.
  • Check welder qualifications.
  • Ensure availability and suitability of welding equipment and consumables, oversee pre-heating, welding, heat treatment, bevels, repairs, and review heat treatment records.
  • Ensure all welding, heat treatment, and hardness testing comply with relevant codes and specifications.
  • Perform pipe line-up checks, verifying that installed pipes and fittings meet specifications and material traceability requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of offshore pipeline experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • CSWIP 3.1 certification.
  • Fluent in English.
