Job description

AA Euro are seeking experienced Welders to join our client at the prestigious Hinkley Point C project. This is your chance to contribute to the construction of the UK`s first-ever 3rd generation nuclear power plant, shaping a sustainable future.

The Role
  • Play a pivotal role in building the UK`s clean energy future.
  • Work within the MEH Alliance, collaborating effectively to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
  • Perform welding operations to a radiographic standard.
  • Conduct equipment inspections.
  • Adhere to established welding protocols and safety regulations, including fume control.
  • Identify and report potential welding problems for corrective action.
  • Ability to identify your own welds for quality control.
  • Comply with established quality control procedures and documentation standards.
You are a great fit if you have:
  • Significant welding experience with a solid foundation in various welding techniques.
  • A proven track record in large-scale projects in a regulated sector.
  • Experience working in environments with stringent quality control procedures and inspections.
  • Proficient in welding and fabricating piping systems, understanding the specific requirements of this field.
  • A multi-disciplined welding approach and the ability to weld a variety of materials.
  • Level 3 Welding Apprenticeship (or equivalent).
  • EN ISO 9606 certified (or equivalent).
