Duties & Responsibilities

1. Delivering workshops (business and architectural)
2. Conducting product administration activities
3. Aiding with use case workshops and use case development
4. Participating in product roadmap discussions
5. Conducting operations assessments
6. Performing skills assessment and developing education roadmaps
7. Conducting health check assessments
8. Assisting with performance tuning assessments
9. Conducting capacity planning assessments
10. Evaluating software upgrade needs
11. Performing data, metadata, technology, and workload migration assessments

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

1. IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM WebSphere Application Server environments
3. Developing and deploying applications on WebSphere
4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WebSphere applications
