Placements24 in East London is seeking a proactive Blockchain Security Specialist to bolster the security of our client’s blockchain platforms. You will assess smart contracts, dApps, and protocols, identify risks, and guide remediation to protect digital assets and user data.

You will collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices, monitor networks for suspicious activity, and stay current with threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques in the blockchain space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on blockchain security.
• In-depth knowledge of smart contract security, vulnerabilities, and auditing techniques.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana and their security models.
• Experience with security analysis tools and penetration testing methodologies.
