Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a Hosting support environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of DNS, Email setup & troubleshooting.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk).

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Provide solutions for hosting-related queries.
