Our client, a diverse and multifaceted organisation with a strong national presence, is looking for a talented and driven Web Developer / Designer to join their dynamic team in East London.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Completed Matric
  • 4+ years’ experience in web design and development
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS and MySQL
  • Working knowledge of Google tools; analytics, search console, My Business and Google Ads
  • Experienced in working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Graphic design skills relevant to the role are a requisite
  • Experience with the Divi theme – advantageous to the role
  • Experience with photography or videography would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;

  • Design, build, and maintain functional, visually appealing websites for multiple divisions across the group
  • Regularly update website content, graphics, and functionalities to keep sites current and engaging
  • Monitor, manage, and update the organisation’s presence on various social media platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Plan, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting
  • Maintain and optimize the Group’s Google My Business listings to enhance online visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, develop web solutions, and support various digital initiatives
  • Identify and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
  • Apply attention to detail in all digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prioritize and manage multiple web and digital media projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
