Tower Marketing is seeking a Web Designer to join our design team to craft engaging, cutting-edge websites for diverse clients. You will push design trends while applying core principles to deliver rich user experiences and help brands express their unique voice.

The role blends web and print design tasks, with motion graphics and digital assets, supported by Adobe CC and Figma in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating website designs; please provide link submissions.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency: website development or internet marketing.
• Experience with UX/UI design and wireframing.

• Execute all visual design stages from discovery to final hand-off to developers.
• Present concepts and designs to internal team and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, marketing team, and web development team.

Web Designer

Tower Marketing is seeking a designer to join our design team in creating engaging, cutting-edge websites for an ever-changing, unique clientele. This candidate will need to push the bounds of today’s design trends while perfecting the tried-and-true basic principles, be able to deliver rich user experiences (UX), and help our clients’ brands find and express their unique voice and identity.

Top Skills For This Role

• 70% web design; web including UX / UI, wireframing landing pages, sitemaps, infographics, animations, digital advertisements; coding experience or knowledge would be helpful, but not required.
• 30% print design; branding, publication layout design, and typography, print advertisements.

Required Software Knowledge / Online Tool Must-Haves

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Experience using Figma

• Have a passion for what you do with a positive and inquisitive attitude
• Executing all visual design stages from discovery to final hand-off to developer(s)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Meet, present, and discuss project requirements, wireframes, designs, and creative concepts to internal team, management, and clients
• Have the ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas with coworkers and clients
• Work in tandem with the Creative Director, internet marketing team, and web development team

Top Bonus Skills We Would Like To See

• Familiarity with SEO and SEO principles
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
• Experience with the Mac platform and familiarity with Mac devices: iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone
• Willingness to write copy for Tower’s website on industry statistics, terms, or blogs pertaining to the web design field

Education, Certifications, And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in design or related field or equivalent experience
• Portfolio, including website designs; please provide link submissions without a portfolio will not be considered
• Experience in a digital marketing agency: website development, internet marketing, or both
