Job description

Experience Requirements: Proven experience in WordPress, web design, graphics, and MS SQL. Ability to handle e-commerce and data capturing tasks with a typing speed of at least 60 WPM. Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio showcasing web and social media work.

Work Environment & Ethics: Strict ethics policy, non-smoking environment. Candidates will undergo a polygraph and fingerprinting prior to employment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Web Design:
    • Design, build, and maintain the company website, including landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages.
    • Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web pages.
    • Maintain website functionality, performance, and SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with other departments for content updates.
    • Implement design solutions aligned with branding guidelines.
  2. Social Media Coordination:
    • Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok.
    • Create and schedule engaging content such as graphics, reels, and stories.
    • Monitor trends and analytics to inform content strategy.
    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for content gathering and campaign promotion.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Canva.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Webflow.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends.
  • Photography, videography, and editing skills are a plus.
  • Data capture skills and experience with WooCommerce are desirable.
Work Experience

1-3 years in a similar role with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
