Neo Brokers is seeking a talented Senior Web Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team & lead our digital design and development efforts and elevate our online presence.

POSITION INFO :

Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Website Design & Development
2. Lead the creation process of projects: design and develop responsive, visually captivating websites.
3. Transform business goals into beautiful, functional web pages that represent our brand.
4. Optimize websites for speed, usability, and appearance across all devices.

UI / UX Design

1. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to refine user experience.
2. Conduct research and testing to ensure intuitive and enjoyable websites.
3. Apply best design practices to enhance interaction and engagement.

Front-End Development

1. Write and maintain efficient HTML, CSS, JavaScript code.
2. Implement responsive designs for all devices.
3. Add visual elements, animations, and interactive features to engage users.

Back-End Collaboration

1. Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve development issues for smooth deployment.

Graphic Design

1. Design graphics, icons, and multimedia consistent with brand guidelines.
2. Support social media content creation with visual assets.

CMS Management

1. Build and manage websites using platforms like WordPress.
2. Customize themes and plugins for performance and security.
3. Support content managers with training and ongoing assistance.

SEO & Performance Optimization

Quality Assurance

2. Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
3. Manage version control and updates reliably.

Project Management

Mentorship

REQUIREMENTS :

• 5-7+ years in web design, development, UI/UX, and graphic design.
• Proven leadership in managing web projects and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
• Strong UI/UX process knowledge from research to prototyping.
• Solid portfolio with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Experience collaborating with back-end developers, implementing SEO, and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Fintech industry experience is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
