Job summary

Catch in Cape Town seeks a Relationship Manager to support the distribution team by handling partner queries, transactions, and day-to-day requests. This role sits between operations, client relationship management and business development support, freeing Business Consultants to focus on revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially curious, with 1–3 years in a client-facing role in financial services, and an understanding of CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Matric (essential)
• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in financial services, investments or wealth management advantageous
• FAIS compliant or willing to complete RE5 on onboarding
• 1–3 years’ experience in client-facing, sales support or relationship management in financial services or wealth management
• Experience managing/using a CRM system with data accuracy in a commercial environment

Responsibilities

• Support Business Consultants with partner queries, transaction statuses and day-to-day operational requests.
• Manage month-end partner administration including reconciliation support and statement distribution.
• Maintain the CRM system with discipline and accuracy for reliable partner information.
• Assist with partner events logistics, invitations, materials, and on-the-day support.
• Prepare marketing materials, proposals and presentations for partner engagements.
• Build knowledge of FX products, systems, processes, and compliance to serve as a credible contact for partners.
