Job summary

RecruitMyMom in Cape Town is looking for a Paraplanner to support private client portfolio and wealth managers. You will own onboarding, proposals, and compliance tasks to enable advisers to focus on client outcomes.

The role is a permanent full-time hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home, offering a pathway to grow within a professional financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of wealth management or paraplanning experience.
• Completed NQF Level 6 paraplanning qualification or CFA 1/2 FSCA RE5 recognition.
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms (e.g., Sanlam, Allan Gray).
• Afrikaans is required for client purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new clients.
• Prepare detailed financial proposals and annual review documentation for client meetings.
• Compile and prepare accurate FSCA submissions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact with clients in person and telephonically.
