Job description

The Wealth Manager is a vital member of a collaborative team that utilizes a data-informed Integrated Advice approach.

This role takes a holistic view of each client's financial circumstances, aspirations, and family needs, aiming to provide comprehensive long-term financial protection.

The team is composed of diverse talents committed to helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.
  2. Client Education and Retention: Educates clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand the organization's client base.
  3. Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyzes financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  4. Proposal Development: Formulates proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  5. Client Reporting: Provides regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with the organization's investment philosophy.
  6. Networking and Competitive Edge: Contributes to maintaining a competitive advantage through external networking, benchmarking, and participation in relevant forums.
  7. Relationship Building: Develops networks and builds alliances to strengthen internal support and enhance client offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Education: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
  3. Licenses: Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
