What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a Wealth Manager by helping to onboard new clients, manage CRM updates, and coordinate review packs. You'll handle compliance requirements under FICA and FAIS, resolve client queries, and ensure all documentation meets internal standards. Your contribution will directly enhance the client experience, enabling the Wealth Manager to focus on building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

What you'll need
You'll need 3-5 years' experience in the financial planning or wealth management space, with strong knowledge of FICA and FAIS. A commerce or finance degree is advantageous, as is RE5. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with XPlan is a plus. Most importantly, you'll be deadline-driven, accurate, and comfortable managing a high volume of detailed tasks. Due to the role being office based, only candidates living close by can be considered.
