Job Description

To serve as a full financial services advisor by providing appropriate savings, investment, and estate planning advice, expertise, and support to high-income clients, with a focus on investments.

  • Achieve gross production target as indicated in scorecard.
  • Achieve sales targets by advising on FirstRand approved investment and risk products.
  • Represent FNB as a financial service provider, embodying our values and ethics.
  • Maintain knowledge of all approved products, procedures, and timelines to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent advice aligned with FNB’s investment philosophy and product matrix.
  • Build networks and alliances through external networking and benchmarking.
  • Develop internal support bases and engage in cross-functional activities.
  • Maintain relationships for expectation management, knowledge sharing, and integration.
  • Educate customers on products and services to retain existing customers and grow the customer base.
  • Interact positively with clients via approved channels and resolve queries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze client financial information to develop plans using appropriate tools.
  • Formulate proposals in cash management, risk needs, investment, estate planning, etc., to help clients meet financial goals.
  • Investigate investment opportunities for client plans.
  • Review financial plans regularly for changes in life, economy, environment, or performance.
  • Monitor market trends to keep client plans responsive.
  • Provide business intelligence and analyze data for better decisions.
  • Report on service delivery against SLAs and customer targets.
  • Review work progress for reporting, decision-making, and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, and policy requirements, maintaining knowledge of relevant amendments and best practices.
  • Implement governance and compliance procedures, identify risks, and protect business assets.
