Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and developing training modules for financial advisers.
• Conduct market, product and regulatory research to keep content accurate.
• Gather and analyze data for scenario planning and training guides.
• Maintain and organize a database of learning resources and training materials.
• Collect feedback from participants to evaluate learning solutions.
• Work with CFPs and training managers for mentorship and development.
