Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, trusts, investment holding companies, and businesses, servicing their banking, lending, and foreign exchange requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice in developing tactical strategies and plans, or in practice formulation and best practice improvements.
  • Devise short-term tactical plans to meet annual targets, focusing on new business development and client relationship management.
  • Identify, develop, and source new High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth relationships through referrals, internal networks, and collaboration within the group.
  • Achieve personal targets for transactional banking, credit, and FX, while referring relevant business to other units.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings and annual credit reviews with clients to assess financial health.
  • Maintain high service levels, acting as the key contact for client advice on banking, credit, and FX.
  • Engage in client interactions, ensuring timely gathering of information and security status reporting.
  • Ensure credit review processes are completed on time and liaise with product teams for related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, KYC, and operating procedures.
  • Handle query resolution and act as escalation point for serious client issues.
  • Provide operational support through accurate documentation and client communication.
Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
