Job Title: Afrikaans Speaking Wealth Assistant
Our client is seeking an Afrikaans speaking Wealth Assistant. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Education:
- Matric
- Appropriate Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
Experience:
- Relevant administrative experience in the financial services industry is essential
Critical Competencies:
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing:
- Assimilate investment/fund values, performance statistics, and client information
- Prepare retirement planning, investment proposals, and review documentation
- Assist with wills in consultation with the Wealth Planner/Manager
- Make and track payments on behalf of clients
- Address client complaints and inquiries
- Assist with obtaining tax certificates and other documentation
- Ensure compliance with TCF principles
- Processing New Business:
- Implement client instructions regarding investments and insurance
- Coordinate with service providers and obtain necessary documentation
- Communicate with clients about the status of their instructions
- Complete and submit required forms and documentation
- General Administration:
- Ensure documentation compliance with FICA & FAIS
- Schedule meetings and organize diaries
- Record and update client interactions and records
- Handle administrative duties such as postage, courier, and document binding
- Provide relief duties as needed
