  • Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services or campaigns.
  • Resolve client challenges promptly, ensuring satisfaction while balancing agency resources and priorities.
  • Prepare and present client reports on campaign progress and results.
Requirements
