Job summary

Project A Recruitment seeks a driven Project Sales Engineer in Kempton Park to design and propose water treatment solutions for commercial and industrial clients. The role combines sales ability with engineering knowledge, including site visits, regular customer engagement and occasional travel.

You will identify opportunities, develop proposals, manage projects from quote to delivery, and work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliant, competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• BTech or BSc Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years' experience in the water treatment industry.
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales and project engineering.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and developers.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to order placement.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and solution-based presentations.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercially to maximise conversion.
• Promote water treatment products, technologies and services professionally.
