Solenis seeks a Water Treatment Operator to join our on-site Durban operations. You will monitor treatment systems, handle chemicals, maintain equipment, and document daily activity and reports for the account manager. This role requires hands-on field work in a chemical plant environment.

The successful candidate will participate in safety programs and be part of a team delivering reliable water treatment solutions for boiler and cooling systems.

Responsabilidades

• System Monitoring & Testing: collect and test water samples from boilers, cooling towers, pasteurizers, and chlorine dioxide systems.
• Chemical Handling: receive, offload, and transfer chemicals between bulk storage and day tanks; check reagent levels.
• Equipment Maintenance: inspect pumps and tanks, look for leaks, maintain chemical stations, and monitor control devices.
• Reporting & Logging: record daily usage and submit service/pasteurizer reports to the account manager.
