Check and record all stock levels
Complete a daily usage report
Compile an Action Log for each report
Submit the daily pasteurizer report to the Account Manager/Technician before the shift end
Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems, Pasteurizers and Chlorine dioxide
Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations
Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site)
Attend morning meetings
Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator.
Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations
Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers, and Chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes.
Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations
Clean brominators and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary
Check if there are enough testing reagents onsite.
Capture data/ concerns from operators Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations
Oversee receiving of stock Submit the daily utility report to Account Manager/Technician before the shift ends.
