Job summary

Elchemie is seeking installers for a range of water filtration equipment, including point of entry, point of use, softening and reverse osmosis systems, in and around Cape Town.

The role demands completing reports, site checklists and CRM updates, with emphasis on safety, time management and customer service.

Qualifications

• Matric is the base; a trade is beneficial.
• Experience: 12 years for junior, 24 for service level, 36 for installer.
• Plumbing and basic electrical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Install water filtration systems (point of entry and use, including RO and softening) across sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct water quality tests and analyse results.
• Train customers/franchises to operate and install their systems; complete installation reports and site checklists.
• Document work through CRM.
