The role of a warranty and costing clerk is to maintain warranty records and process warranty claims according to OEM requirements along with all job costings related to workshop repairs carried out on clients’ vehicles. The warranty clerk will work with customers, workshop staff, suppliers, and other departments to resolve warranty issues and is responsible for ensuring the processes operate effectively and efficiently to meet the high standards of the brand.
