POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all warranty-related processes, ensuring accurate claims submissions and maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards. This role requires close collaboration with all departments and a strong focus on administrative accuracy. It offers a structured environment suited to someone who thrives on efficiency and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and timeously
  • Monitor and track claim approvals, rejections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update warranty records and documentation
  • Liaise with service, parts, and sales departments regarding claim-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company warranty policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on warranty activities
  • Coordinate audits and respond to audit queries
  • Manage warranty claim adjustments and corrections
  • Verify parts and labour charges against claim requirements
  • Assist in identifying warranty trends and recurring issues
  • Support other departments with warranty-related queries
  • Provide administrative support across the dealership when needed

Requirements
